Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Acceptance

By using the PDFPilot website or Chrome extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use either.

What PDFPilot is

PDFPilot is a free browser extension that opens Stirling PDF's PDF tools with your file already loaded. It is provided "as is," without a paid tier or guaranteed uptime, and is offered free of charge.

What PDFPilot is not

PDFPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Stirling PDF. It does not process, store, or edit your files — actual PDF processing happens on Stirling PDF's own service, subject to Stirling PDF's own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use PDFPilot to process files you don't have the legal right to handle, or in any way that violates applicable law or Stirling PDF's own terms of service.

No warranty

PDFPilot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We aren't responsible for outcomes of tools run on Stirling PDF's service, including data loss or processing errors on their end.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
